Kutis Brasserie are very proud to have Ravi Rao as our Executive Chef. With 20 years of extensive experience as an Indian chef, Chef Ravi brings to Southampton a dynamic cooking style and accomplished skill set in the realm of modern Indian cooking.

With an accomplished CV working at high-end restaurants in Surrey before moving to the esteemed Vineet Bhatia restaurant in London as Sous Chef. Ravi moved onto working at the Movenpick Five Star luxury Hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

Honing his skills as Chef De Cuisine with a menu combining modern and classical Indian dishes. After completing a four-year stint as Chef De Cuisine in Dubai, he relocated back to the UK and now as Executive Chef at Kuti’s brasserie he has been tasked with making Kutis Brasserie the best Indian Restaurant in Southampton.

Chef Ravi Rao recently travelled to London with Kuti in order to represent Kuti’s Brasserie at the annual Tiffin Cup, South Asian restaurant competition. Chef Ravi cooked Sikandari Royal Lamb for esteemed judges, and won first place, meaning that Kuti’s Brasserie is officially the best Indian Restaurant in the UK
