Over many years our owner Kuti has been searching the UK for the finest quality ingredients that bring to life natural flavours of our vibrant and colourful curries. We take no shortcuts and do not compromise on quality to achieve an infusion of vibrant spices and the tastiest meat and here is why, at Kuti’s, our quality and unique flavour cannot be matched.

THE KUTI’S AUTHENTICITY EXPERIENCE

At Kuti’s we believe that when people experience exceptional quality food we feel a sense of satisfaction which is unrivalled. Natural flavours that come from the finest lamb and highest quality chicken are unmistakable. We do not use flavour enhancers and additives which are used by many restaurants in order to achieve certain flavours of Indian food, this is not authentic. Our authenticity comes from being loyal to the finest possible ingredients.

Kuti’s Award Winning Lamb - Sourced from Red Tractor approved Eynon’s

Huw Eynon and his son Thomas are 4th and 5th generation butchers. Their business, called Eynon’s based in St. Clears in Carmarthenshire, Wales, has been a proud business partner and supplier of Kuti’s for years and together we won the Tiffin Cup. Huw told us that his 54 years experience in the meat trade has never stopped changing and evolving. His bedrock has been selling niche products that achieve distinctive flavours from selected sheep breeds, without compromise.

Salt Marsh lamb, served in Kuti’s of Southampton, is a seasonal product and is reared with care. Their lamb graze on marshes in the coastline of Wales where the unique vegetation gives the lamb a special flavour in the early part of the spring. This unique flavour cannot be achieved through any enhancers and is what is at the heart of the Kuti’s experience.

Kuti’s only sells quality products, that is why the chicken we use is both Red Tractor approved and British farmed to the highest standard. Rather than buying from heavily mass produced sources Kuti’s insists on only English & fresh products that are subject to the best animal welfare - Red Tractor authorised production units - the most optimum conditions. This is where half as many chickens are grown compared to other farms. The difference is all in the taste and must be tasted to be believed.

Fresh Organic beef

The beef that we serve at Kuti’s Brasserie is all completely fresh and organic. We source our beef from two farms in Devon and Cornwall, meaning that you are only being served 100% British produce, in any beef dish you choose. Our top quality beef is aged in a Himalayan Salt Chiller, which gives the meat a wonderful nutty flavour and tenderness, which grows in complexity over time.
